There are a number of manuals to support scientists working with this code, including:

• Nemesis_3.0.pdf This is the main NEMESIS manual. As explained in the About NEMESIS page, much of the NEMESIS model builds upon the pre-existing RADTRAN code.
• Radtran_4.0.pdf This is the RADTRAN manual.
• NEMESIS4Newbies.pdf The NEMESIS and RADTRAN manuals are somewhat dense and detailed. Hence, new users may wish to look at this document to better understand how to use the software.
• Nemesis_Revised_Accepted.pdf The reference NEMESIS paper, published in J.Q.S.R.T., 109, 1136 - 1150, 2008.
